Impressed by the magnetic strength of this power bank; it aligns perfectly with my iPhone 15 Pro. It's compatible with my MagSafe Power Case too. The power bank can charge my phone about 1.5 to 2 times, from low battery to 90-100%. It includes a USB-C cable, which is handy for charging other USB-C devices. I've used it to charge my AirPods and Apple Watch, though it requires wired charging.

How many times can I charge my iPhone 15 with this power bank?

Why isn't my power bank compatible with non-MagSafe cases?
This MagSafe power bank is designed to work optimally with MagSafe cases. It also has the capability to wirelessly charge iPhones that are equipped with MagSafe (12 series or later) without a case. If your phone case isn't MagSafe, you have the option to attach the included magnetic ring to the outside of your case or your phone for efficient wireless charging.
What type of adapter should I use with my power bank?
Please do not use adapters that output less than 5W. For optimal use, we recommend an adapter with an output power higher than 20W.
How do I mount and use the kickstand?
- Place the kickstand with the XCOOL logo facing you, ensuring that it can fold from right to left.
- Mount the kickstand on the power bank as illustrated, keeping it 12 mm away from the power bank's bottom.
- Stick the kickstand to the right side of the power bank to ensure stability.
- Fold the kickstand 90 degrees when using it. The foldable part has a resistance structure. When you use the kickstand, fold it 90 degrees.
Can I use it as a wireless charger and a regular charger at the same time?
Yes, you certainly can. This power bank can charge two devices simultaneously, one wirelessly and one using the included USB-C to C cable. When charging a single device, the power output for wireless charging is up to 15W and for wired charging it's 20W. However, when charging two devices at the same time, the power output for wireless charging is 5W and for wired charging it's 10W.
Can I charge my phone while I’m charging the power bank?
Absolutely! This wireless power bank supports pass-through charging, which means it can wirelessly charge your phone even while the power bank itself is being charged.
Do I need to remove the phone case to charge my phone with this power bank?
No, you can charge through the MagSafe case or attach the included magnetic ring to your phone case for charging with the case on.
