Return and Refund Policy

About return

1. You have 30 days from your purchase date to return the items you have purchased. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

2. Returns arising from quality issues are free shipping. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details).

3. If you have already returned items from the order but would like to return additional items, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and pay for the return shipping. Use the shipping label provided and pay a $20 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

What is the return method?

1. Return By UPS Return Label: Print the USPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop it off at your nearest post office.

2. Return By UPS Return Label: You can either use the provided UPS return label or the UPS QR code.
- Use the UPS return label: Print the UPS return label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, then drop it off at your nearest UPS Store.
- Use the UPS QR code: No need to print out a label; show the UPS QR code at your nearest UPS Store, and they will handle it from there.

How do I make a return?

Follow these simple steps:

- Contact us at to determine if you meet the conditions for return.
- Login Cool Gadget Account
- Click "My Orders"
- Click "Return Item"
- Select Items
- Choose Return / Refund Method
- Mall out the package
- Cool Gadget received
- Refund


- Please do not include non-Cool Gadget items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method as selected by you. Depending on your financial institution, refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited to your original payment method.
- Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The sender's address on your package is NOT the return address. If you send the return package to that address, the processing time for your return may be delayed. You should only send the return package to the address on the return label we provide.- Please make sure you don't accidentally include any item in your return package that you do not wish to return.
