FOOT REST UNDER DESK: MUSCLES WILL FEEL 10000% BETTER!

I've been training in gyms for 30 years and have nearly seen 90% of Gym equipment fail and succeed.

A SLANT board is nothing NEW in the fitness industry, with variations ranging from metal to traditional wood.

Each version has pluses and minuses: we've gone through three wood boards because they eventually crack.

I'll focus my review on the board itself and not the devices attached because that's already been covered in previous reviews.

I travel 300+ days a year and always take small fitness equipment when working out in hotels.

I have a pair of heavy workout bands, an ABB roller, and a foam roller for my back.

What struck me about this unique design was that you had a lip on the bottom to rest your heels and a thick rubber pad.

The wooden version of this only has four different angles; if you need help understanding how to utilize this tool correctly, you're missing out on stretching your calves daily.

Every night, when I walk into the Gym, I go straight to this device and stretch for 30 to 60 seconds each.

Most people must learn that 70% of all your blood flow is pumped through your calves daily.

It's one of the most utilized muscles in a body that takes tremendous beating and stress.

If you've never stretched your cats, I recommend starting on the lowest version, watching two or three YouTube videos correctly, and stretching your calves out.

You will be incredibly shocked at how tight your calves are, and the amount of stress will be relieved once you are done daily.

Another way to utilize this machine is to stretch out your toes.

Most people do not understand how the muscles and ligaments in your toes and fingers dwarf everything else in your body.

Try the simple exercise of putting your palms together with your fingers with both hands and pushing straight in, and you will feel the extreme amount of stretching in your ligaments, tendons, and muscles.

Utilize the same concept on this device: put your toes towards the middle of the board on the lowest angle and slowly bend forward while placing your hands on a chair for leverage or a wall.

The first time you do this, it will feel bizarre; once you get used to it, you will do it daily.

The biggest thing I like about this is that it is very well built, and although it is oversized, I will be traveling with it on my next trip.

You have several different angles that you can utilize depending on how tight your calves are.

I've been using this as a footrest with my feet, and I can't believe how comfortable it is throughout the day.

Over the last two days, I stretched out my calves two or three times a day versus just the first and later part at the Gym.

I'll start with one set of 30 seconds on each calf, and using your other leg as a counterweight, you can work your way up to 60 seconds.

I recommend slowly moving your knee forward at an angle and feeling the stretch.

AI've never seen anybody tear a calf muscle; if you've never stretched a muscle, ligament, or tendon before, they will be extremely tight.

Do this daily for the next week, and you will be shocked.

Your calves will feel as if there will be a new zip in your step!

When working on your desktop or laptop, this will become your new favorite device for stretching your toes, calves, and footrest.
